At Draft in Tiny we stive to lower our collective environmental impact of housing while emphasizing lower cost homes. Our draft technicians are well-versed in CAD and BIM software and are ready to draft homes as tiny as 500 Square Feet! We offer a multitude of options from tiny 500 SF single family homes to 5000+ SF multifamily homes. There will be THOWs (Tiny Home On Wheels) for those who live a mobile lifestyle and modular homes for those that want to start off small and at a lower cost, but may want to expand in the future.

We hope to address the housing crisis as well as fulfill the American Dream by creating as many homes as possible, and to do it with green technology as well!
